❋ Buy the Kegs

Alcohol and dancing go together like lamb and tuna fish. If you’re on the fence about buying a keg, or 2 kegs, or 3 kegs. Just do it.

The more “hydrated” the guests, the more ready they will be to pack the dancefloor.

❋ Create a joint Email Account

Listed this first because we recommend doing this right after the lucky guy or gal pops the question. There are tons of moving parts when it comes to weddings, keep track of all vendor conversations, proposals in one easy to access location. Althought the bride will do 90% this can help the groom with his 10%!

❋ Choose Your Special Songs With Your Heart Not Your Head

At the risk of coming off as a cheeseball. Our many years in the industry has taught us one thing: the best special songs have been ones we’d never seen used before. E.g.: One of our favorite first dance songs was Grow Old with You by Adam Sandler. One of the best wedding party songs; Broccoli by DRAM.

Why did these work you may ask? Because they were extremely special to the people that chose them.

IT IS YOUR WEDDING! Don’t worry about what’s trending. Everyone who shows up is there to celebrate you. Everyone loves and appreciates authenticity - especially if it makes you happy. 

❋ **Trigger Warning** Shut up and Dance

Nobody likes to hear this one. But if you aren’t busting a move on the dance floor - expect your guests to do the same.

On your big day people gravitate towards the bride and groom.

If you’re on the dancefloor the entire night - it encourages all your loved ones to do the same.

❋ Irish Goodbye Speech

There’s nothing worse than the bride and groom dancing it up and enjoying their night when suddenly Uncle Jimbob and Aunt Suzy come up to say, “Bye, I’m leaving your wedding. Try to have fun without us.”

Maybe a slight exaggeration...

But if you ask us to make a quick speech at your behest, we will inform your guests that Irish goodbyes are not only allowed but strongly preferred. This will make Jimbob think twice about ruining your groove.
